NOEL RESIDENT 79 YEARS DIES AFTER LONG ILLNESS
Noel, Mo., Sept. 21 - Mrs. Laura Caldwell, 80 years old, a resident of Noel 79 years, died at 1:30 o'clock Sunday morning in her home in Noel after a long-time illness. She was a member of the Noel Methodist church. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Howard Jarvis of Kansas City; a stepbrother, Arthur Browning of Noel; a grand-daughter, Mrs. Fillmore Bowen, Jr., of Overland Park, Kan., and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held this afternoon in Methodist church, with the Rev. J. E. Pitchford officiating. Burial was in Noel cemetery under the direction of the Humphrey and Sons funeral home in Noel.
