Benjamin
Tennell makes oath that William Tennell died without a will as far
as he knows and believes leaving heirs to wit Jane Ray, Sarah
Tennell, Catherine Tennell, & Benj Tennell.
And
that he will well and truly administer all and singular the goods
and chattels land and tenements rights and credits of the deceased
and pay his debts as far as the assets which may come to his hand
will extend and the law direct and that he will make a true and
perfect inventory of all the goods and chattels rights and credits
of the deceased and account for and pay over according to law all
assets which shall come to his hands possession or knowledge.

William Tennell died without a will leaving Jane Ray, Sarah
Tennell, Catherine Tennell and Benjamin Tennell his heirs living
in Marion County State of Missouri. That he will faithfully
administer the goods of the deceased ????????
????????? and all the estate of the deceased and pay the
debts as far as the assets will extend and the law direct and
account for and pay all assets which shall come to his possession
or knowledge.
