A
tentative list of those expected to be graduated from
Hannibal High school next month, given out today by
Principal E. T. Miller, includes 87 pupils of whom 48 are
girls and 39 boys. The list is not absolutely final but few
if any changes are expected.
This
will be, by far, the largest number to receive diplomas in a
senior class at the local high school. The number of
graduates has been steadily increasing for several years.
To
the list should also be added the name of Damon O’Keefe,
1922 football captain who finished his scholastic work at
the end of the first semester of the present term, and who
was to have received his diploma with this spring’s class
but for his death in February. His diploma likely will he
presented to his parents.
