Gladys V. Cloninger, 90, of Fredericktown died December 1, 2003 at Stockhoff Memorial Nursing Center in Fredericktown. She was born August 15, 1913 in Pine Hill, a daughter of Issac and Della (Montgomery) Robinson. Mrs. Cloninger was married to Alson Cloninger who preceded her in death in 1999. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Dr. Walter Robinson and Travis Robinson; and one sister, Stella Tinnin. Surviving her are nephews, Dr. T.A. Tinnin of Fredericktown and Dr. William Robinson of Sherman, Texas; nieces, Shirleen Decormier of Baldwin and Kay Mahrin of Park Hills; brother-in-law Otis Cloninger of Fredericktown and sister-in-law, Beulah Stacey of Arnold. Mrs. Cloninger owned and operated a dry goods store for many years. She was a board member with the Senior Center and Past Matron of Gardenville Chapter of the Eastern Star. Mrs. Cloninger was a member of the Concord United Methodist Church in St. Louis and loved working with crafts. Services were held December 4, 2003 at Wilson Funeral Home in Fredericktown with Pastor Duane Larson officiating. Burial was at Old Masonic Cemetery in Fredericktown
