My interest in the Lost Colony and the off chance of a family relationship.

4. How is your Y-line DNA line connected to the colonists, the surnames, Native people or the location?

Surname and location My surname is White, and had it not been for my mothers medical condition at the time, I would have been born on Roanoke Island in lieu of Elizabeth City, NC My family has been part of the Lost Colony since its beginning starting with my father in 1937 until the mid 90’s

There may still be cousins associated with the show but I am not sure since I have been away for a number of years.

As far as I am aware, I am the only male in the White line of my family to be tested although I am researching Ancestry for other branches in hopes of finding others that may be tested.
