Scenario One 
The first we have already discussed is because of its link to Hedgpeth/Hedgpath (all other spellings considered). While I have never thought that the Alford DNA might be of assistance to carry you to your ultimate research goal, the examination of the Hedgpeth/Hedgpath genealogy once it reaches its Native lines would be here what you want to focus on. Tuscarora tradition records Hedgpath male line as coming from the Dear clan (Elk) . Hedgpath maternal line originating form the Snipe clan (Bird) .
