Bradley of Grover Township in the county of Johnson and State of Missouri, a farmer by occupation, make this my last will I give ***** and bequeath my Estate and Property as follows, that is to say to my beloved wife ALICE A.BRADLEY all the land or real Estate that I now own or of which I may die seized for her own use and ******* so long as she may live, then upon her death, the real Estate shall become the property of her children born of her body and the title to vest in said children forever and their heirs. I however provide that if my wife ALICE A. BRADLEY should die without having children then said real Estate shall become the property of my brother JOHN G. BRADLEY and my two sisters ***; MARY A. BARNETT and CAROLINE *. MARSHALL and the title shall forever vest in them and their heirs and assigns to be equal share and share alike the land now owned being the North East quarter of the North West quarter containing 40 acres and the north half of the South East quarter of the North West quarter containing 20 acres both of the above in Section 10 and the South half of the North West quarter of the North West quarter of section 11 containing 10 acres and 15 acres in the South East quarter of the North West quarter of Section 10 as ***** in a deed from J.K. TYLER to me Feb. 15th, 1877 all in township 47 of Range 24 west of principal meridian I further bequeath and give to my wife, ALICE A. BRADLEY absolutely all the personal property and effects that may be mine at the time of my death with this qualification ***; all debts that I may be legally bound in my funeral expenses and four dollars each shall be paid to each of my half sisters or their heirs by the Executor and a like sum of five dollars to my Half brother JAMES J.
