LYNCH of Johnson County State of Missouri being of sound mind and memory do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament and direct that after my decease my estate shall be disposed of as follows. First I direct that the expenses of my funeral and last sickness and all just debts shall be paid as soon as practicable. Second I give and bequeath to my friend HENRY P. WHITEHEAD the sum of ten dollars. Third Having no children or lineal descendents I give, devise and bequeath all the balance residue and remainder of my estate real , personal and mixed to my beloved wife EMILY LYNCH to be her absolute property on condition however that she survives me. Fourth In case my said wife shall survive me and become invested with the said remainder of my estate under this will I request her to provide toward the support and education of JOHN WHITEHEAD who is physically afflicted and who is one of the children of the said HENRY P. WHITEHEAD. And request her to make such provision by will or otherwise for the said HENRY P. WHITEHEAD or his family or both him and his family as in her discretion, their conduct toward her during the balance of her life should merit and justify. Fifth I hereby appoint my said wife EMILY LYNCH to be the sole executrix of this will and I direct that in case she shall accept the said trust she shall not be required to give any bond or security.
