HAYMAKER First: I direct my just debts and funeral expenses to be paid as soon as possible after my decease. Second: I give and devise to SARAH HAYMAKER, ( daughter of REV. E.M. HAYMAKER, of Warrensburg, Missouri,) her heirs and assigns in fee simple, my frame house and three lots on which the same is erected on Holden Street, Warrensburg, Missouri, being the premises in which I now reside. Third: I give and bequeath to my nephew JOHN MCGINNIS and BRINTON MCGINNIS of Pitcairn, Pennsylvania, the sum of 2000 dollars each. Fourth: I give and bequeath to my niece FANNIE HERD 1000 dollars . Fifth: I give and bequeath to SARAH A. HAYMAKER, daughter of MILO HAYMAKER, the note of her father for 1500 dollars, and accrued interest which I now hold. Sixth: I appoint REV. E.M. HAYMAKER of Warrensburg, Missouri, executor of this will(except as to my estate in the state of Pennsylvania) and direct and authorize him to sell all my real estate -----------------including my interest in or stock in the Masonic Hall of Warrensburg, and my balance remaining to be paid to my four nieces, AGNE MCLAUGHLIN, SIDNEY MCLAUGHLIN, ELEANOR WRIGHT and SIDNEY A. MUNSON, share and share alike. Seventh: I give, devise and bequeath to GEORGE N. CHALFANT (Attorney at Law) of the city of Pittsburgh, County of Allegheny, State of Pennsylvania, all the rest, residue and remainder of my property real personal and mixed, situate in the State of Pennsylvania, -------------to sell any and of my real estate including my lot No. 155 Baum Grove Plan at the NE corner of Friendship Ave. and St. Clair St, 20th Ward of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania---------------the balance to be divided share and share alike among my four nieces mentioned------.
