It is my will that SARAH A. HAYMAKER, my present wife have all my personal estate except my gold headed cain which I wish to give to my son EDWARD and my son O.R. , is to have my double barrel shot gun also my little target gun. My son MILO is to have my gold watch and chain. My present wife is to buy a lot in the Semetry at Warrensburg and have the remains of my first wife moved to said lot putting on suitable grave stones or monuments at her own expense. My wife is to pay the expenses of my last sickness including doctors bills and general expense and all other debts that I may leave unpaid. It is my will that my lands on Brush Creek be divided into three parts as near equal in value as can be done by the following names gentlemen appointed by myself ALBERT STILL, ALEXANDER GOWENS and GEORGE POAGUE. The expense in making this division is to be paid by my three sons each having an equal part. It is my will that after the lands are divided that my son EDWARD have the first choice, my son O.R. the second choice and my son MILO the third choice or last choice. It is agreed that if MILO desires to complete his education that my wife is to furnish him a reasonable amount of money for that purpose. It is my will that J.M. DAVENPORT be appointed as administrator of my estate to assist in carrying out this my will done at Warrensburg in Johnson County, State of Missouri on this 7th day of August 1894 Witnesses J.H.
