Repp of Centerview, State of Missouri being of sound mind do declare this to be my last will and testament hereby dispose of my real estate making the following distribution of the same To my husband Charles W. Repp all of my real property the following described parcels of land to wit; The south east quarter of the south west quarter of section 31 township 46 range 26 and 11 1/2 across off of the west side of the south west quarter of the southeast quarter of said section 31 also a parcel desrcibed as follows commencing at a point 22 rods east of the north west corner of said southwest quarter of the saidsouth east quarter of section 31 and running thence south 16 2/3 rod- thence at an angle in a north easterly direction toa point on the north line of said 40 acre tract 66 yards east the place of beginning and thence west to the place of beginning in trust however for the following purpose to have and to hold the same for the following purposes that he shall lease said land to the best advantage until my youngest child Mahlon O. shall have arrived at the age of 25 years. The rent money for the first year shall be disposed of as follows. To Charles W. Repp my husband and William A. Repp, Edward B. Repp and Mahlon O. Repp my sons each one an equal share of said rent money for the purpose of purchasing a watch in rememberance of me. Edward B. and Mahlon O. each is to have 30 dollars at date of their marriage I having given the same amount to William A. when he was married coming out of rent money of said estate after said amounts named above shall have been disposed of then all rents and profits shall be divided equally between William A. and Edward B. and Mahlon O. my sons after paying all expenses such as taxes and proper repairs. The above described real estate is to be divided equally between my children at the close of Charles W. Repp's trust and I request them to keep the property together and that one of them will not sell their share unless all can sell. Edith M. Fry (Witness) T.E.
