I James Douglass of the town of Kingsville in the county of Johnson State
of Missouri being of sound mind and.................to my beloved wife: my
home farm being in the county of Johnson.....
My wife to have full possession and controls of said property......at the
death of my wife, then property to be sold and divided equal among my 5
heirs. Kelley Douglass, Elvin Douglass, Matty G. Reeves, Frank Douglass,
J.B. Douglass.......appoint J.F. Howeth to be the executor of my
estate.......

Will of Henry M. Woodward


First; That all my debts be paid......
Second; In the event that my dearly beloved wife Martha J. Woodward shall
survive my decease then it is my will and wish that my three sisters. Anna
Capley, of Salt Lake City; Carrie Beeson,of Los Angeles, California; and
Hessie Daniels, of Colorado City, Colorado, shall recieve as a special
legacy out of my estate each the sum of $400.00............
Third; But should my wife die before my decease, it is my will that my step
daughter, Florence Strang, of Johnson Co Mo shall first take and recieve
the sum of$800.00 and rest of said property to be divided equally among my
step daughter and three sisters.

estate.....and at his death the residue of my estate be divided among my
nieces and nephews; Sallie Lee Phillips, James L. Phillips, Jessie May
Phillips, James E. Douglass, Robert P. Douglass, Mary Alice Douglass, share
and share alike................
