Dear sir.
I would like to call to your attention a fellow who reg. there in 40. Barden Sparks who is now at 1557a S. Jefferson Ave St. Louis, who is boasting he was called in 42. classed 4-F and has never been called again says he Knows some one on the draft board that is Keeping him out of the Service. my son was also 4-F but was called again with in 9. months been over sea 31 months, Sparks is single and working every day (not defence work either just who needschecking up on! Sparks or the (some one) on the draft board, treat them all alike we wont to see every one given a right deal.
