I am writting you in Regard af mr Thurber Keith Hae sayes He is clear of Beinbg called to th army. if He is Pele let me no so I can get a warnt for Him as He is gaving me Plenty of truble in my family He took my daughter offe Her school Road near Good land mo and took Her is a trap of a truck and took Her out of our county took Her to Iron mountain took Her in a tavern gave Her Beer to drink Keep Her out frome Her Home till th next day Halled Her a Past Her oun Home when He let Her out He made Her Run alonge th truck so no one could see th truck lites stap my Husband was working up Here when this Happend. my sons were in th marins so I Had no perction. He treeted th little girl very mean that HaPPned th 3. day of aPril and I Have Been a nuvus Reck sence this HaPPned But I thought if th army needed a man like that I would nat get no warnt for Him. so Plese Read this careful. some one Brook th news to my son that was fitting. that Hard Battle in OKINAWA. He wrate me soon as He Hard th neus and He said Mather I hovent Eat But 1. meal in three dayes. th next day Here come th news that my boy was younded I fel so Bad about this to think of HIm over theirs fitting a war for evr Body and theirs Leith doing all He can to Keep out of this war.then coulden let my little 15 year old daughter alone. all so He told me He would Kill my tuo sons when theay gat Back. I only trust you can do me a favar.
