A CUMBERLAND Presbyterian Church, Bonebrake Chapel was located here, which has long been gone.
The property is now owned by the Louis Trombley Family. The cemetery is in very good condition---thanks to
Viril and Thelma (Bonebrake) Short. Thelma is d/o Emmitt Bronebrake and g/d/ of Charles & Nancy Bonebrake.

BONEBRAKE, CHARLES H. Nov. 3, 1856 - Aug. 27, 1910. Son of Henry Dewalt Bonebrake & Martha A. ____ Bonebrake.
BONEBRAKE, NANCY E. HOWK Mar. 10, 1857 – Nov. 11, 1913. Children Paul O. and Emmitt H. Bonebrake.

HUSBAND & WIFE:
BONEBRAKE, HENRY DEWALT Aug. 12, 1827 - Mar. 3, 1912. After shoveling a snow path to the barn, caught pneumonia and died. BONEBRAKE, MARTHA A. Nov. 7, 1829 - Mar. 5, 1912. Died from excitement following her husband's death. Children Charles H., William Oscar, Scott (moved to Rolla), Etta Grinrod (moved to Ellensburg, WA), Rev. P. P. (d. 9/15/1942, lived Portland OR, served as missionary in Africa, lived Marion Co. Iowa, trustee of Bonebrake Seminary, Dayton, Ohio, served as Pres. Of Holden College, Kan.); to Dent Co. from Marion Co. IA
of husband’s death.

BONEBRAKE, PAUL O. Jul. 30, 1889 – Dec. 12, 1908. Son of Charles H. Bonebrake & Nancy E. Howk Bonebrake.

CUSICK, ALICE FAY Born & died Nov. 19, 195_ Infant daughter of Hiram Cusick.

CUSICK, EDWARD L. Jun. 6, 1932 - Dec. 2, 1932.

CUSICK, JOHN ALLEN May 21, 1878 - May 18, 1952. Son of William Cusick & Mary Ann Higgins Cusick. Married Lucy A. Carter in 1901. Parents of ten children: Sidney, Rosey, Lilla, Earl, Hiram, Walter, Ferdie, Leatha (Mrs. Grant Lay), Edith Hunter & Myrtle.

CUSICK, ROSEY 1912 – Jan., 1916. Son of John Allen Cusick and Lucy A. Carter Cusick.

CUSICK, SIDNEY 1910 – 1912. Son of John Allen Cusick and Lucy A. Carter Cusick.

LAY, CHILD Died Mar. 30, 1931. Age 3 years. Son of Grant Lay & Leatha M. Cusick.

LAY, JOHN 'GRANT' Only date May 20, 1934 Son of Jesse Lay. (Jesse is buried at Cedar Grove Cemetery). Married Leatha M. Cusick. Children Anita Ruth (m. Robert Conaway). 'MO Pvt 64th Inf 7th Div WWI.'
