BASS, Dr. Billy Jack    Oct. 10, 1924 - Jun. 10, 1975    Son of Barryman Jack Bass & Ethel Myrtle Jones Bass. Billy Jack was a graduate of Jadwin Elementary, Salem High, University of Missouri at Columbia and Pre-Med and graduate from Washington University Medical College in 1951. Started practice in Salem in October, 1953. He was a 32nd Degree Mason, member of Salem First Christian Church, a prominent doctor and businessman in Salem and Dent County.
BASS, Sevilla Jean Swenson    Daughter of Wesley T. & Edna F. Swenson. Married 2nd Walter Dean. Children: Dr. barry J., Dr. James Jeffrey, Thomas William, Dr. Gail Jean, Dr. John Wesley and Dr. Patricia Ann Weber.
