The National Register of Historic Places

During her term as State Regent, June Lanz, with the assistance of Janett Miller, State Historian, and Judy Seago, Cold Water Chairman, collected and prepared the documentation for Cold Water Cemetery to be listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The application was approved by the Department of the Interior, and a plaque was dedicated on May 31, 2004.
