1. William STOGSDILL. Born in 1790 in Rowen Co., N.C. William died in Ripley
Or Oregon County, MO on 13 Jul 1841; he was 51.

On 17 Jun 1815 when William was 25, he married Malinda Linny COUCH, daughter
of MOSES COUCH & Elizabeth LINDLEY, in Pulaski Co., Ky. Born in 1795 in
S.C. Malinda Linny died in Prob. Oregon Co., MO aft 1860; she was 65.

Malinda was found in the 1850 Dade Co., MO Census before moving to Oregon
Co., MO by 1860.

2. Josiah STOGSDILL. Born on 13 Jan 1817 in Pulaski Co., Ky. Josiah died in
Everton, Dade Co., MO on 1 Dec 1867; he was 50. Buried in Sinking Creek
Cemetery, Dade County, MO.

abt Aug 1836 when Josiah was 19, he married Lydia HALL, in Ala.. Born on 10
Oct 1815. Lydia died in Prob. Dade County, MO. on 17 Oct 1869; she was 54.

Settled permanently in Dade Co., MO, and was a local Baptist Minister.

3. Archibald "Arch" STOGSDILL. Born in 1820 in Ky Or Warren Co., TN.
Archibald "Arch" died in Sandusky, Grayson Co., TX on 1 Aug 1871; he was 51.
Buried in Mt. Tabor Cemetery, Grayson Co., TX.

On 7 Aug 1842 when Archibald "Arch" was 22, he married Perlina COUCH,
daughter of Lindley COUCH & Susannah ATNIP, in Moore Township, Ripley Co.,
MO. Born Between 1821 - 1822 in Kentucky.

Found in the 1850 Dade Co., MO Census before moving to Oregon Co., MO by
1860.

was 84. Buried in Garfield Cemetery, Oregon County, MO.

On 23 Nov 1845 when William S. "Billy" was 23, he first married Sarah
"Catherine" JUSTICE, daughter of John D. JUSTICE & Sarah NETTLES, in
Randolph Co., Ark. Born in 1825 in Oregon Co., Mo Or Randolph Co., AR.

1860.

5. Elizabeth "Betsy" STOGSDILL. Born in 1825 in Tennessee. Elizabeth "Betsy"
died in Oregon County, MO between 1901-1902.

abt 1839 when Elizabeth "Betsy" was 14, she married Welcome K. BENNETT, son
of William BENNETT & Sarah E. ?, in Prob. Alabama. Born in 1820 in AL Or KY.
Welcome K. died in Oregon County, MO in May 1860; he was 40.

Found in the 1850 Dade Co., MO Census before moving to Oregon Co., MO by
Jan. 1, 1859.
