Located 1.5 miles west of Russellville

5555 Highway C, Russellville, MO 65074

This cemetery was founded on October 16, 1866 by Enoch ENLOE, Sr. Enoch was born March 2, 1790 in York District, South Carolina, to Benjamin S. ENLOE and Mary MCELWEE. He married Frances Green CARPENTER on April 7, 1815 in Barron County, Kentucky. Enoch and Frances left Kentucky in 1828, with his half-uncle James ENLOE and wife Nancy Jane SIMPSON, heading west for a better life.

Enoch donated two acres of his land for the ENLOE Cemetery and was to be used as a burial ground for his children, relatives, and friends of the family. It has since grown to over 18 acres and a free-will offering is taken on every Memorial Day, which helps pay for the upkeep of the cemetery. Submitted by Kelly Hagen
