RIGGIN, born in about 1854 in IL.� His wife was Josephine HOLLY, born about 1860 in IN.� My grandfather was Virgil RIGGIN, born in 1882 in Madisonville (Hopkins County), KY.� He married Ellen DICKEN of Poplar Bluff sometime before 1900. Ellen DICKEN died in 1945 and is buried in Butler County at the DICKEN family cemetery. Ellen DICKEN's father was Hardy C. DICKEN, born in 1843 in IL and moved to Poplar Bluff area after the Civil War.� He had at least 24 children from 4 wives.� Ellen's mother was Elizabeth POWERS, born in MO in about 1854 and died Jan. 11, 1893 somewhere in Butler County.
