Take Hwy 67N to Hwy W, pass under overpass, take outer road to County Road 523. Travel about 2 miles (pavement will turn to gravel), go another mile. A green pipe gate & a tall white street post marker marks the entrance to the cemetery. Follow the lane, the tiny cemetery is at the top of the hill on the left. 'Daily American Republic' Poplar Bluff, MO newspaper, Thursday, Oct. 12, 1969: Orian L. Agee Died Today At Age of 75 Orian Lee Agee, 75 year old resident of 412 North G. Street, died at 3 a.m. today at the Poplar Bluff Hospital following a two month illness. He was a retired railroad employee. Mr. Agee was born April 3, 1894 in the Agee Community and had been a lifelong resident of Butler County. On April 27, 1925 he was married to Miss Eva Ellen Upchurch in Bloomfield. Surviving are the widow; a daughter, Mr. Nellie Woods of Poplar Bluff; three sons, Charlie Agee of Poplar Bluff, Fred Agee of Madras, Oregon and Jimmy Agee of St. Louis; 12 grandchildren and two sisters, Mrs. Lela Ham of Poplar Bluff and Mrs. Neveda Huelsman of Doniphan.
