Second Row: Rev. Frank Fine, Jetta Edens, Listy Fine, unknown, Nellie Roller, Lena Anderson, unknown, unknown, unknown, Ober Edens, Jim Edens, Edgar Fairchild, Rebecca Evans holding Pearl Evans and ___ Evans - the little girl.

In the Back are George Roller, Jake Roller and near the tree is Benton Lenox.

Gusta (Banks) Roller had this photo, too, and she named the above people as being pictured. Below was another copy which came to me from a Barry County researcher. She was interested in the Fine family and so this photo came to her through those connections. The red marks are to help locate the people that she is talking about in the below message that she sent me.

This message came with the photo: My Mother's cousin, Claude Fine sent me the photo to copy several years ago. We were able to identify Fine family from marks on the original. On the very left side is an elderly gentleman we believe to be Joseph M. Fine, he looks like this in other family photos. We believe the two young ladies next to him are Alma and Calista Fine. Over to the right towards the back are two young men-in front of them is a gentleman holding his hat, we think for sure this is Frank and one of the other Fine boys - possibly could be David or William. I do not know if John Fine and family are in the photo or not. They were members at one time. He is my Great grandfather, his eldest child Nellie my Grandmother. Barbara (Harrison) Basa

Joe was the son of Bob and Edith and Calista was a sister of Bob Fine. This photo was probably taken at the Bob Fine place. The little log cabin was still standing in the 1950's, but the house was gone. There was nothing left of it but the foundation in the 40's.

Joe was killed in the mountains in California. He was in a run away truck accident and was logging timber. His sister Faye and her husband Alva Burris raised his children.

In 1930, Robert R. Fine and family were living in Barry Co., MO, in Washburn Twp., in household #100. He was age 57, born in MO with Tennessee born parents. His wife was listed as Edith L. Fine, age 48, married at age 21. Robert married at age 24. Edith was born in MO, with a Tennessee born father and a Missouri born mother. Children were given as born in MO, and listed as Faye C., age 20, and Joe T., age 5.

Joe Thomas Fine, son of Bob and Edith, was born June 29, 1924, Barry Co., MO, died Oct 9, 1957, Tulare Co., CA.
