My great grandparents are Josephus (b 15 Oct 1873 - d. 24 Nov 1918) and Caldonia (Riddle) Rogers (born 3 Feb 1878 - died 1 April 1954) and they are buried at Arnhart. The only picture I have of them is taken of the original in a frame. My cousin had had it professionally mounted so I was unable to remove it, but I'm happy to share it.

Pictured with them is my grandfather Temia Andrew Rogers, he was born in Purdy, Oct 27, 1898, and died in Sapulpa, Creek Co., OK, April 23, 1960.

Josephus and Caldonia are buried in Row 17 south in Arnhart Cemetery, Barry Co., MO.

Sampson Walter Josephus Rogers was the son of Richard R. and Elizabeth Tarkington Rogers, they are buried at Green Forrest, Carroll Co., AR.

Caldonia Jane (Riddle) Rogers was the daughter of James William Riddle and Mary (Badgett) Riddle.

Mary was buried at Arnhart also Row 17 south and I was told James Riddle was buried in Sparks cemetery.

We wish to express our thanks for the kindness shown us during the sickness and death of our dear husband and father, Joseph Rogers. May God spare them as long as possible from a like sorrow. Caldona Rogers and Children

I do not have one for Caldonia. At the time of her death she was the widow of Rev. Charlie Melvin Bamford. He died in 1938 and is buried at Mt Pisgah Cemetery.
