| Research Note | This is a picture of my uncle John Leonard Troutman (1931-1950).
He was the son of my grandmother, Mildred Virginia Woolsey (1915-1974) and her first husband, Frank Troutman (1907-1980). Mildred and Frank divorced and John was brought up by his grandparents, Isaac Leonard Troutman and Elizabeth Sarah McBroom, who lived at Purdy. John was in the Korean War, but died after a car crash at Nixa while he was on leave. This picture was given to me by Peggy Marsh. |
