Aug 25, 1930, Barry Co., MO Buried Kane Cemetery, Barry Co., MO Son of John Dake and Lavina "Vina" (Bellah) Long He married Martha Dennis Mar. 26, 1874 in Barry Co., MO John and Martha had 14 children. This photo is of John Dake Long and four of his daughters. It has people listed on the back but not in order. It reads: "dad" for John and the others are Lettie, Kizzie, Cora, and my great grandmother, Mary Alice. I am pretty sure she is one in the front on the right hand side as you look at the picture since it looks like what I remember her daughter Flora to look like and the other picture I have of her with short dark hair. |
