William Henry DePew, "Uncle Willie" as we all called him, was the son of Eli Henry and Sarah DePew, brother of Sarah E. (DePew) Taylor, he was born 16 Dec. 1885 in Purdy and died 4 July 1972 in Granby, and is buried next to his father. Etta Cordillia Taylor DePew was born 2 July 1888 in Stone County, MO, and was the sister of "O. L." Lenard Taylor who married Sarah E. DePew. She died 19 Nov. 1964 in Granby and lies next to her husband in the Granby Cemetery. Sarah Eva DePew Taylor, was a sister of William, wife of "O. L." Lenard Taylor. |
