| Research Note | Carol Ann Neeley Kilgore, Barry County Places and Things Remembered, Face Book user said, "Her father was Christopher Edwards, born 26 Aug 1884 in Barry County, Missouri - died 20 December 1956 in Missouri, buried in Arnhart Cemetery, Purdy. Her mother was Mary Permelia Henderson Edwards, born May 8, 1877 in Purdy - died May 12, 1982 in California. She is also buried in Arnhart Cemetery. Christine is buried in Pierce Brothers Valhalla Memorial Park, North Hollywood, Los Angeles County, California. Still looking for her husband's family."
Another note posted by Carol reads: "Christine married Danta Bodoria in 1960 in Los Angeles, California. It appears that Christine may have been married before, to someone named Cox. The marriage record to Danta shows Christine Cox." Linda Stephens McCormick from Face Book, Barry County Places and Things Remembered said, "Christine was the daughter of Mary Permelia Henderson and Christopher Edwards, and the grand-daughter of Martha Emeline (Fly) and Francis Marion Henderson, from the Puurdy area." Nancy Christensen Wickam from Face Book, Barry County Places and Things Remembered said, Carol Ann Neeley Kilgore are you sure Mary Permelia Henderson Edwards is buried in Arnhart Cemetery? There is a memorial on Find A Grave for her in Pierce Brothers Valhalla Memorial Park. There isn't one for her in Arnhart on the MOBarry cemeteries. |
