| John Dolphis "Dolly" Woodard, son of George Washington "Wash" Woodard, who was murdered during the Civil War, probably in McDonald Co., MO, but could have been in Barry County. His name probably was Dolphis as we found it recorded, and not Adolphis as we earlier assumed. "Dolly" lived in Woodard Hollow for many years. Members of the Woodard family also lived at Mayflower, which is in Barry County. |
