Many attend Jenkins Reunion Last Week

(Note: This is about a reunion for the folks of the town of Jenkins, not the Jenkins family)

The annual Jenkins Reunion took place last week and from reports the crowd was some larger than last year, especially on the last day. Two baseballs games were featured of the two-day affair. One game between Jenkins and Shell Knob, which resulted in a score of 5 to 2 in favor of Jenkins, and the other between Jenkins and Cato, which resulted in a score of 6 to 2 in favor of Jenkins. Chas. Willis of Cassville pitched for Jenkins on the first day.

Representative R.A. Ellis delivered an address and spoke on certain matters which happened during the last session of legislature. His address was well taken. The Walnut Grove band furnished music for the oclasion and rendeder some good music.
