County Court Proceedings:


Ordered that the State Auditor draw warrant for $3033.81, amount of foreign insurance tax appointed to Barry County.

The following warrants were ordered drawn:

M. E. Gilloiz, special road fund, bridge in dist. 20, $578, M. E. Gilloz, special road fund, bridges in Monett special dist. $200; M. E. Gilloiz special road fund, balance on bridge, Monett dist. $50; M. E. Gilloiz, special road fund; bridge at Collins Ford, $750; Cassville Democrat, contingent fund, printing and supplies, $31.75.

Report of road commissioners, H. O. Colnman, G. W. Bassett and W. M. Periman, in asses [excess or access?] damages across school and graveyard land at Leann as follows: Damage to school ground dist. #4 $6, damages to cemetery $4.

Road petition by E. R. Sylvester, et al, ordered established.

Report of county surveyor on change in Aurora and Jenkins road approved by the court and road ordered opened at once.

Ordered by the court that Chas. Hankins be exempted from poll tax for 1916.

The following warrants were drawn on official fund:

J. C. Henry, salary highways engineer, $60; Leroy Jeffries, salary and court fees, $76.25; M. L. Shepherd, salary co., treas. $100.

The following warrants were drawn on pauper fund:

J. F. Kisler, corn and potatoes for co. farm, $42; Tom Hilburn 39 gallons sorghum for co. farm, $18; W. C. Robertson, salary supt. and expense co. farm, $59; C. C. Stubblefield, 25 bu. apples for co. farm, $12.59; A. Frost, apples co. farm $7.90, Dr. W. T. Bailey, sal. co. physician and quarantining scarlet fever and diphtheria, $34.

Warrant to U. L. Barns on special fund for $64 to meet donation of citizens of dist. 3 to grade road from Seligman to New Salem.

Dram shop license granted Frank Fenelio upon payment of $491.56, fees.

The following warrants drawn on road district 10:

W. B. Williams, overseeing, etc. $78.40; H. C. McClure, labor, $20.25; A. C. Young, same, $19.95; Roy McClure, same, $9.15; Madison and Bennett, lumber, $6.94.

Mrs. Elbert Crouch ordered sent to sanitarium at Mt. Vernon for treatment of incipient tuberculosis.

$3033.81, amount of Foreign Insurance Tax apportioned to the various school districts of Barry County.
