Obituary:


Elza A. Vandorn, son of Mr. and Mrs. C. L. Vandorn, northwest of Exeter, departed this life, May 8th, 1916. He was born Feb 12, 1894, being 22 years, 2 months and 26 days old at his death.

He was married Aug 16, 1913, to Miss Maggie Taylor. To this marriage one daughter was born. His wife died April 1, 1916. He is survived by his little daughter, father, mother and two sisters.

The funeral services were conducted by Rev. M. Smith, and interment made May 9, in the Maplewood Cemetery. Elza was a young man. His grief stricken parents have the sincere sympathy of the community in which they live.
