Thomas Fleetwood Dead: The readers of the REPUBLICAN will be grieved to know of the death of Thomas Fleetwood of near Monett, who for many years has been one of the Republican's faithful respondents for the northwest part of the county.

Mr. Fleetwood was 66 years old and his death was caused by Bright's disease. He was a native of England. For many years he had been one of the prominent farmers and most highly respected citizens of the locality in which he lived. He was the father of Chancey W. Fleetwood who lives near Jolly and who was at one time one of the leading teachers of this county.

Funeral services were held at the home Monday, August 9th, and his body laid to rest in the Walnut Grove Cemetery.

Funeral Sunday at M. E. Church: The funeral of Mrs. Henry Bush of Rogers, Ark., was held at the M. E. Church in this city, Sunday, conducted by the pastor, Rev. T. M. Hickman.

Mrs. Bush had been an invalid for some time. She was 64?, was born in Iowa. The family had lived at Rogers about four years. She was a sister of Mrs. G. W. Renz and of Miss America Porter, south of Cassville, excellent citizens who have moved to this county during the past few years. Their many friends extend sympathy in their bereavement.

Interment was made in Oak Hill Cemetery.
