Mat Brewer and Miss Snoe Crum, both of Seligman, were untied in marriage, Sunday at Seligman. They were both reared in that part of the county and are popular in a wide circle of friends all of whom wish them much happiness.

Virgil Newman left Tuesday for Boonville with Enois Parks and Forest Mitchell who were sentenced to the reform school in the July term of circuit court. Enois is to serve 2 years for burglary and Mitchell is to serve 5 years for grand larceny.

Union Valley News: William Andrews died July 21, age 22 years, 9 months and three days. Death was due to blood poison. He leaves a father, mother, three sisters and two brothers to mourn his death. Interment was made at the Rocky Comfort Cemetery July 22. The bereaved have the sympathy of the entire community.

Roy Newman and Miss Fay Garner were united in marriage Sunday afternoon at the home of Neil Robbins south of town. J. S. Platttenburg performed the ceremony.

Mr. Newman is a son of Sheriff and Mrs. M. E. Newman of this city. He is deputy sheriff of Barry County and is discharging the duties well. He has practically lived in Cassville all his life and is highly respected by all who know him. The bride is the daughter of Mrs. J. M. Garner of this city. She is a young lady with many accomplishments and has many friends in Cassville.

They will make their home in Cassville.
