Resignation of Porter B. Hood, constable of Pleasant Ridge Township, accepted and Spencer Pannell appointed to fill vacancy. Bond approved.

Place of voting in Ash Township changed to the residence of Mrs. Twitty.

P. A. Velton appointed justice of the peace of Capps Creek Township vice S. D. Carpenter resigned.

Sealed bids for rental of poor farm and keeping paupers, opened and found to be as follows:

E. M. Hutchens offered to pay $55 rental and keep paupers for $5.75 per month.

Alfred King's bid, $50 and $5.30.

S. B. Feland's bid, $50 and $5.50 per month including washing and mending.

The contract was award to S. B. Feland.

Dr. C. M. Sparkman having filed the only bid to do the county and jail medical practice, the contract was let him for $129.

W. D. Manley, A. J. Baker and W. T. Burton appointed Poor Farm Commissioner's.
