Quarterly settlement of Filand, superintendent of the poor farm, approved and warrant for $205.85, ordered.

Dram Shop license of W. W. Frost of Seligman: renewed.

Ordered that the time for working roads be extended.

Pet. of W. A. Weaver et al, for new road; damages awarded as follows: Benj. Wagomon, $15; Wm. Davis, $7.50; one half to be paid by petitioner.

Pet. A. R. Bush et al, same $1 damages awarded to C. P. Barnes and $1 to Mo. Land Co. of Scotland, and Survey ordered at expense of petitioners.

Pet. of T. P. Knight et al to vacate road; withdrawn.

Pet. G. D. Montgomery et al to change road; survey ordered at the expense of petitioners.

Surveyor ordered to survey and relocate road leading east from the Washburn-Seligman road to Butler Creek on land of Lee Tremble.

Alleys in Barry City vacated as per petition.

Surveyor ordered to survey and locate the Cassville-Verona road from where the Jenkins road leaves it to the Pleasant Ridge school house, where the travel now is, as near as practicable.

School district No. 2-22-28 authorized to loan the sinking funds of said district.
