State vs. Ray Cowherd, rape; continued by agreement.

State vs. Harve Bryant, disturbing peace of a family; plea of guilty and fined $5.

Nora Kring vs. Sarah Cunningham, damage; continued at cost of defendant.

State vs. Jack Longley, burglary and larceny; attachment issued for Frank McCarty, John Cantrell, a witness fine $10. and cost of attachment. Continued by state.

State vs. Charley Hutchens, assault; defendant acquitted and costs assessed against prosecuting witness.
