Circuit Court Proceedings


The November term of the Barry County Circuit Court conveyed Monday with Judge Johnson presiding and all officers of the court present.

State vs. Wm. McCollum, parole; continued to next term of court in two cases.

State vs. Robt Zinn, parole, defendant discharged.

State vs. Robt. Stubblefield, parole, continued.

State vs. Eldon and Levi Means, parole; continued to first day next term of this court.

John B. Bertalot, naturalization; petition dismissed.

In the matter of the estate of S. W. Pierce, dec'd., Jas. Johnson, ex. appeal; stricken from docket.

John W. McCafferty vs. John R. Dillbeck, set aside deed; dismissed by plaintiff.

W. H. Trent vs. B. J. Buley and Sam Leonard, appeal on bond; dismissed as to Sam Leonard; judgment of J. P. affirmed with 6 per cent interest from Oct 26, 1907.

John Walsh vs. First National Bank of Monett; stricken from the docket.

Henry H. Garcey vs. Josiah Thomas, damage; demurer to plaintiff's petition sustained; continued to next court.
