Killed his father - Henry Scoggins Killed Thursday near Seligman:

We learn through Conductor Bill Scoot, Frisco, while Henry Scoggins and his 14-year-old son of near Seligman were building fence, Thursday, they got into trouble: the father ordering the boy into the house with ___ knife, declaring he would ____ the boy and his mother. Once? in the house, the boy grabbed the shotgun and shot and killed his father. Dr. Newman, Corner, telegraphed to come and hold an inquest, and he went to Seligman Friday morning. [Research Note: The paper has big black mark on the article, which blocks some of the words, but from other items that were later published, it appears that the father threaten to kill the boy and was also calling his mother names.]
