Est. Geo. M. Blythe, dec'd, final settlement of Cora L. Cottrell, adm'x approved and estate turned to J. F. Plant, public administer.

Inquiry held to investigate the sanity of Walter F. Mapes of Monett. Jury verdict: insane and E. E. Hendrix appointed Guardian and curator of said Mapes.

T. J. Clark appointed G. & C. of person and estate of George J. Smith, minor.

Claim of C. T. Dusenbury for $75. vs. Est. James Allen, allowed and placed in 2nd class.

Claim of W. E. Washburn vs. Same, for $5.80 allowed and placed in 5th class.
