Miss Georgie Stewart of Durant, Okla., visited Dr. and Mrs. S. W. Chandler, and other relatives in Cassville this week.

Mrs. P. E. Horine and daughter, Miss Edith, were the new members who joined the Red Cross at the Monday night meeting.

W. W. Witt, Will Smalley and Robert Hawk from the local camp attended the M. W. A. Log Rolling at Monett Friday and Saturday.

Mr. and Mrs. Roy Williamson of Caney, Kan., arrived Monday on an overland trip to Arkansas. They have been visiting Roy's grandfather, E. Williamson, and his uncle, Fred Williamson.

Mr. and Mrs. E. B. Rees of Monett are moving to the W. E. Bell farm for which they lately traded.

J. C. Henry accompanied his daughter, Miss Gladys to Springfield Monday where she entered college.

Ralph Hawk accompanied Lester Haines to Nevada Friday night. Ralph has decided to join the army and went to Nevada to enlist where the troops from this section of Missouri are now mobilized.

Elijah McCracken was taken to the hospital at Springfield last Sunday for treatment. The surgeons have diagnosed his case as heart trouble. His wife and his sister, Miss Grace, are with him. Sarcoxie Record

Mrs. Emma Johnson who has been visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. I. P. Bowman, left Monday evening for her home at Medicine Lodge, Kan.
