Text Mrs. Sarah Ann Ellen Victoria (Granny) Sims, 111 year old Sand Springs resident, died Sunday. She made her home with a daughter, Mrs. Gertrude Broam, at 112 Walnut Street.

Mrs. Sims, born four years prior to the Civil War, moved to the old Sims homestead near Prue in 1907. She was born near Little Rock, AR January 11, 1857.
