| Mrs. Jennie Hamilton of this place and G. W. Gurley of Purdy were united in marriage at the Beagle Hotel at Exeter Thursday at noon by Rev. Chas. Welch the officiating minister, immediately after the ceremony, they departed for the dinning room where an elegant dinner was served. Mrs. Gurley is well known in this county having lived here for 30 years and her acquaintances wish her much happiness. Mr. Gurley is one of Purdy's substantial citizens and is well known by business men as a man of sterling worth. They will reside in Purdy. We wish them many years of happiness and success. |
