Headline Anderson's Will Probated
Text The will of Walter Anderson has been filed for probate in the office of Probate Judge Landis.

The will bears the date of July 4, 1914. It gives all of his property, both real and personal to I. N. Wirts, whom Mr. Anderson reared, and of whom he thought of as a son.

W. H. Martin, cashier of the First National Bank of Cassville, was named in the will as executor.

It is thought that the property left will inventory about $4,000 to $5,000.

A later will had been drawn a short time before Mr. Anderson's death by his attorney, J. S. Davis, in accordance with Mr. Anderson's request but he had never executed it.
