| Text | Douglas Lashmett and Naomi Planchon, popular young people of Wheaton, were united in marriage Wednesday, July 3. The wedding ceremony was performed by Rev. Chas. McNabb at his home. The groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. F. A. Lashmett of Anderson. He is employed by the Overton Motor Co., where he has worked the past year. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. R. W. Planchon of this place. She graduated from the Wheaton High School with the class of 1926-27. Since that time she has been teaching in the rural schools. |
