| Text | Vern Bayless and Miss Maggie Johnson were united in marriage in this city Thursday evening, December 20th by Justice of the Peace, R. F. Boucher. The bride is the daughter of Mrs. P. T. Johnson of Tahlequah, Oklahoma and seems on short acquaintance, to be a splendid young woman. Vern, who is one of our good-natured big-hearted boys, scarcely needs an introduction to our readers. He is presently employed as manager of the Wheaton Ice, Light and Cold Storage Company and we congratulate Mrs. Bayless on her choice of a husband. They plan to make their home here in Wheaton. |
