| Text | The marriage of Paul Carter and Miss Mayme Laughlin was solemnized last Saturday, July 1, 1922 by the Rev. C. F. Tippin at his home here in Wheaton. Mr. Carter is a son of Mr. and Mrs. J. J. Carter living three miles northwest of here and is one of the best young farmer boys. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ed McKinley and is one of our city’s most popular young ladies. They will make their home on the Carter farm northwest of here. We join a host of friends in congratulations and best wishes for their future. |
