In the matter of the school fund mortgage of Eliza Gleason, the above mortgage was ordered foreclosed.

Tax of fifty cents on the hundred dollars valuation levied on taxable property within Monett special road district to meet interest and pay principal on bonds voted by said district.

Claud Frost appointed Constable of Flat Creek township.

Petition for stock election to be held in Ozark township, granted election to be held August 1.

Ralph Rine exempted from road work upon presentation of physicians certificate, A. J. Bowsher, same.

School fund loan of $600 to H. R. Williams.

Resignation of A. B. Cox as commissioner of Inter-County-Seat highways, filed and accepted. Jacob Storck appointed to fill vacancy.

In appearing to county court from the opinion of the Atty. General that the order made by them on the 3rd day of May 1916, levying 20c on the hundred dollars valuation for road purposes is unconstitutional, it is therefore ordered that said order be and it is hereby rescinded, and also the order apportioning the county taxes for the year 1916, and a re-appointment made.

Wm. Murphy allowed $20 damages for land for road as per report by commissioners, T. B. Yarnall, W. A. Cox and Sam Autry.

I. M. Steele accepted as a county patient at Mt. Vernon sanatorium.

J. D. Montgomery's resignation as constable of Liberty township accepted.
