L. S. Vermillion vs. Floyd McIntosh, damages, continued on application.

J. O. O. Cem. Ass'n vs. Sam L. Beaty, account, continued.

Hayes Terreel vs. Theodosia Fare, appeal, dismissed on vacation, Feb. 27, 1914.

J.C. Halsapple vs. J. S. Luck et al damages, change of venue to Jasper County at Carthage.

H. G. Laws vs. L. S. & S.F. R. R. Co., damages, change of venue to Jasper County at Carthage.

H. G. Laws vs. St. L. & S. F. Ry co. damages, change to Jasper county at Carthage.

State vs. G. W. Raney, sodomy, dismissed by state.

State vs. Claud Anderson and Clinton Blythe, disturbing worship. Each entered a plea of guilty and were each fined $5.00.

State vs. James S. Swafford larceny, stricken from docket.
