| UNCLE SAM PAYS OLD DEBT |
| A dispatch from Washington recently stated that Barry county, Missouri, has been awarded $2,100 for occupancy of and damage to the court house at Cassville by Union troops during the Civil war, when it was utilized as a fort and barracks. The historic structure was recently torn down and a new court house has been erected on its site, which will be ready for occupancy in a few weeks. | Jack Fly |
