Text | Floyd Clingenpeel was brought to Wheaton Wednesday by constable Chas. Ford of Rocky Comfort and taken to Pineville where he will be tried in court for horse stealing. Clingenpeel who is about 17 years old, went into Robert Lee's pasture Sunday night and caught one of Mr. Lee's horses and had gone as far as Washburn when he was caught with the
